Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

You receive only the limited licence described in these terms and in the Digital Product Licence below.

They may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, altered, uploaded, published, commercially used or used to train artificial-intelligence systems without prior written permission from Wild & Divine.

2.8 Permitted personal use

Unless a product description expressly grants broader rights, you may:

download the product for your own personal use;

save a reasonable backup copy;

display a phone wallpaper on your own personal device;

2.9 Prohibited uses

Without prior written permission from Wild & Divine, you must not:

upload files to shared drives, groups or membership libraries;

distribute products by email, messaging or social media;

resell, sublicense or commercially exploit products;

use products as bonuses for your own offers;

use our artwork or content on merchandise;

alter or remove copyright notices, branding, signatures or watermarks;

claim any Wild & Divine content as your own;

use artwork or writing to train an artificial-intelligence model;

submit our content to image-generation, text-generation or dataset services;

create derivative products for sale;

reproduce substantial portions of our website;

use automated systems to scrape or extract content; or

use our content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.

Teachers, facilitators, coaches, therapists, retailers and other professionals must obtain written permission or a separate commercial licence before using Wild & Divine materials with clients, customers, groups, students or paid participants.

Where you submit a testimonial, review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:

the content is truthful to the best of your knowledge;

you have the right to submit it;

it does not infringe another person’s rights;

it is not unlawful, threatening or defamatory; and

We will seek permission before using a private message or identifiable submission publicly unless the circumstances clearly indicate that it was provided for publication.
