Each one reflects a part of our own nature — our wisdom, courage, creativity, tenderness, intuition and power.

Through Wild & Divine, I create classes, rituals, meditations and sacred experiences that help women reconnect with those parts of themselves.

My approach is warm, practical and welcoming. You do not need to follow a particular spiritual path or have any previous experience.

You only need curiosity and a willingness to listen to yourself.
